Invented by Eric Klarenbeek from Amsterdam, apparently he's been working on this since 2005. It doesn't seem very comfortable to me.

Bluefly has begun selling Project Runway Season 5 winner, Christian Siriano's collection. Honestly, I'm not that impressed. There are only 6 pieces available and I only like the shirt dress that I have posted below. I hope more will be added and will be a little more exciting.

SoShoelite Grand Opening

If you haven't heard of it yet, there's a new shoe store in Inman Park, next to Parish and across from Jac. It's SoShoelite. Karen Turner, the owner, hosted the party at her store with wine tasting from Hall's of Fine Wine, a dj and even red carpet lined out front. Here are a few pics of the party. Oh, you can also find my jewelry at this lovely shoe lounge.

Trunk Show at Drew Lewis

David and Seth from Drew Lewis know how to set things up beautifully. It was pretty much down pouring all day, but it did clear up in time for the event. There was some champagne and plenty of jewelry. Unfortunately, the Asian Cajuns had some car trouble so they couldn't make it. So here are some pics for all those that couldn't be there.

House Lust - NYC

I love walking around the W. Village. It's got a quaint feeling about it in the middle of this bustling city. I would love to own a townhouse there, if only I had a few million dollars. As I continue to dream, here are a few of my faves:
I think this is on the Commerce St and it has a little courtyard.

This one is really cool. Somewhere near Barrow St.

I don't think the picture does this one justice. Much better looking in person.

Market Table, NYC

So Gene told me to check out this new NYC restaurant while I was there. It's called Market Table owned by Executive Chef, Mikey Price. It's located in the Village on Carmine St. If Gene had come with me, he would be able to describe the foods and his dining experience much better than I could. So I took pictures and you can just see how yummy the food is.

Desserts were just as yummy. I was with 2 friends so we were able to try 3 different desserts.

I forgot what this was but it was a fruit based dessert.
