Skoy Cloth - Going Green

I know I go through a lot of paper towels and have been wanting to come up with a way of using less. When I'm cleaning and wiping down everything, I always feel a little guilty about all the garbage that accumulates. So earlier this week, I went to ecoEmporium, a store that sells earth friendly products, and bought a pack of Skoy cloths. They are 100% biodegradable and is the equivalent of about 15 rolls of paper towels! It also dries very quickly, so it prevents bacteria from growing. It's the little things that get me excited, so I'm hoping this will aid in my quest to be a little less wasteful.

Those are really cool. I go through so much paper towel, it's a bit ridiculous. Gotta check it out.

Very smart.
I am never quite sure which is better/worse..using paper for napkins, or using cloth and then wasting water in the wash...?
Still, I toss all paper in the recycling bin, in either case.

that's a great tip, thanks so much! no matter how much i try to cut down, i always seem to need paper towels for something, but maybe i can start trying to phase them out.
